Pilates and Childbirth Education at Dynamic Stability

Dynamic Birth presents a holistic approach to movement integrating mind-body awareness, fitness and childbirth education. The pregnancy Pilates program is specifically adapted according to the woman’s medical history, posture, abdominal integrity, movement patterns and gestation.

Dynamic Birth classes focus on:

Strengthening and toning the pelvic floor muscles

Activating deep postural muscles in the aim of maintaining health and confort during pregnancy

Increased body awareness and confidence

Enhancing breath technique used for different stages of labour and birth

Increasing fitness, strength and endurance to facilitate active birth movement and positions during labour.

Dynamic Stability Richmond Level 1, 161-165 Swan St: Tuesdays 7pm – 8pm & Saturdays 11am – 12pm

Dynamic Bayside Ripponlea Suite 5-7, 83 Glen Eira Rd: Wednesdays 6.30pm – 7.30 pm

Dynamic Mums

A free flowing class using slow and controlled matwork and allegro Pilates exercises to assist the woman’s recovery after birth.

 Healthy mother and baby making gymnastics

Dynamic Mums classes focus on:

Strengthening and rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscles

Enhancing posture, core strength and flexibility

Increasing fitness and endurance

Assessment and exercises for diastasis rectus abdominis to restore abdominal function

Breathing control to facilitate movement and promote relaxation

Postnatal health education
